These prawns are wild, cooked and peeled. Our prawns are specially selected for their sweet and succulent flavour. Cold water prawns are wild caught in the clear waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. The harvest is then cooked, peeled and individually frozen within hours. This ensures you only enjoy the freshest and finest prawns guaranteed.

Approximately 30 per bag . Look if you want prawns that are quick and easy , then these will do but they are not really packed with flavour and need to be jazzed up a little . Look I’ve got to be honest , having searched high and low for king prawn tails that excite me but to no avail - go for the raw ones that are peeled and deveined and boil them for 3 minutes - you will get a much better flavour .

Harvested throughout the year in the shallow creeks of Mersea Island in Essex. Rock oysters have a long, deep and flared shell and the oyster inside is meaty, firm and creamy with a fresh sweet taste.

The Brown Shrimp is known in a variety of titles from crangon crangon to bay shrimp to sand shrimp. Their flavoursome taste has landed them as the vital ingredient to making the classic dish of potted shrimps.

Surf clams, also known as the Atlantic jackknife clam, differ from other types of clams in several ways. They have a long, slender, and somewhat curved shell, which sets them apart from the more commonly known round or oval-shaped clam shells. Surf clams also have a distinct pink or red coloration on the inside of their shells, unlike other clams that have a more uniform white or cream color. Additionally, surf clams are typically much larger in size than other clams, with some species reaching up to 8 inches in length.
