Our Salmon Wellington has a generous fillet of salmon that is seasoned and before being wrapped in puff pastry with a savoury filling of baby spinach , watercress ,lemon horseradish and cream cheese . It's then baked until the pastry is golden and flaky, resulting in a visually stunning and delicious dish often served with a complementary sauce we love it with our white wine, cream and tarragon sauce

Traditionally, we slow-cook it to allow the flavours to meld, resulting in a rich and warming meal that is perfect for all weathers
